According to information compiled by FEW.ae editor, Dubai is set to host the much-anticipated Beautyworld Middle East and its companion gatherings Next in Beauty Conference and Next in Fragrance Conference from 27 to 29 October 2025. The venue will be the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), where multiple halls and ballrooms will house this major industry convergence.
Venue & Layout at DWTC
Beautyworld 2025 will occupy many of the core halls and ballrooms across the DWTC complex. These include Al Multaqua Ballroom, Hall 1–8, Pavilions, Sheikh Maktoum Hall, Sheikh Rashid Hall, Sheikh Saeed Hall 1–3, Za’abeel Halls 1–6, and the Trade Centre Arena. dwtc.com The flexibility of DWTC’s layout allows for exhibition zones, keynote theaters, breakout rooms, live demo stages, and networking lounges.
The DWTC sits along Sheikh Zayed Road and is directly connected to the DWTC metro station, facilitating easy transit access for delegates. For vehicular arrival, both free open parking lots and paid multi-storey car parks are available near the exhibition halls. The DWTC is also just a short 10-minute drive from Dubai International Airport (DXB).
From a technical infrastructure standpoint, the halls at DWTC are well-equipped to support major trade shows: built-in exhibition services (power, rigging, lighting, AV), back-of-house loading docks, service corridors, and in-house technical support. The organizers are expected to deploy stages, large LED screens, simultaneous translation facilities, demo booths, and networking zones to accommodate the conference and exhibition synergy.
Event Timing, Access & Conditions
The exhibition and conferences will run 27–29 October 2025, with daily opening hours of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Entry is restricted to trade professionals only; individuals under 18 years old are not permitted. Online registration is mandatory and confers a trade badge for the event.
For access, delegates may use metro, taxi, or personal vehicles. During peak hours, traffic may slow down along Sheikh Zayed Road, so early arrivals or metro usage are advisable. The DWTC metro station ensures that attendees can bypass surface traffic.
As for climate, late October in Dubai typically sees warm, dry, and mostly sunny weather. Average high daytime temperatures hover around 32-34 °C, while evenings may drop to around 22-24 °C. Skies are generally clear, and rainfall is rare in this period. While exact forecasts at the time of the event won’t be available yet, delegates should plan for significant sunshine and possible heat during transit between halls. Attending indoor sessions and navigating via covered walkways will help mitigate exposure.
